Hello, and welcome to my design portfolio.

I'm a Boston-based product designer, specializing in complex, scale-sensitive SaaS systems.

I've designed everything from customizable software-platform interfaces at Intuit, to award-winning promotional experiences for IKEA, and most recently integrated account experiences for CVS Health.

Right now, my strength is designing clarity in complex environments — helping teams understand system constraints well enough to move forward. Going forward, I’m focused on bringing that clarity earlier, so complexity informs decisions and strategy before becoming a delivery risk.

My design approach is business-goal driven, with a dose of intuition (because experiences are designed for people, not machines).  Here's a short list of some of my strategic capabilities:
