Can a logo be designed by a committee? Some cultures demand unconventional methods, and this was one of those places. Everyone wanted a seat at the table. I reached out to managers across the company and asked each to recommend 1 -2 team representatives to join a QuickBase brand team. We had representatives from Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, and even a few from Design. Here is the process I facilitated to create e new face for our product and brand.
